Amanda Bynes is back on Instagram after a months-long hiatus, and although the former Nickelodeon star looks very different from her "All That" days, she seems happy after many years of turmoil. Bynes took to social media on Friday afternoon and dropped her first selfie in a long time to share with her near 500,000 followers. The post by Bynes also marks the first time she's reached out to reconnect with fans after spending time in a mental health facility earlier this year.
