Happiness and success could come down to how much you sweat. As in, according to a new survey, people that work out four to seven times each week report three-times higher levels of both those things.No wonder everyone was so mad that gyms closed for COVID.
And those numbers are pulled from comparing the four-days-a-week gym goers to those who go ameaslythree-times-a-week.There’s just something about that fourth workout I guess.And when compared to their sedentary counterparts, the gym rats show significantly higher levels of ambition as well.Because, obviously.
Wondering what they’re up to in the gym? The survey found the average American works out for about 45 minutes and the majority are working out in the morning. According to these AM gym-goers, that pre-noon sweat gets them ready for the rest of the day and makes them feel more energized.Hence all the success and happiness.
