Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has just a signed a bill allowing restaurants in the state to sell mixed drinks to-go with the purchase of food. Customers can purchase up to two mixed drinks but they must be in sealed containers and must be placed in a vehicle's trunk or non-passenger area of the vehicle when being transported.
