Governor Ned Lamont has announced that he is delaying the reopening of hair salons and barbershops. Salons and barbershops were originally going to reopen on Wednesday, May 20 during phase one of the state’s reopen plan. Governor Lamont and Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo are now expected to reopen hair salons and barbershops sometime in early June.
