Being in self-isolation can throw off our sleep patterns as well as our eating habits and media consumption. Clinical psychologist Michael Breus, who is known as "The Sleep Doctor," says sleep is especially important in the fight against the coronavirus. His advice includes having a consistent bedtime and wake-up time, and to get away from screens before bed. Many people keep scrolling until right before they go to bed, but Breus recommends putting down the phone at least 90 minutes before bed.
