December is probably being taken over by the new Star Wars movie (see below) but don't sleeop on these other movies that could easily become giant box office successes themselves.
Jumanji: The Next Level - December 13th, Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson are BACK. Who knew the remake would be such a hit that they got to do another one of these? Either way it will certainly end up being entertaining with those two leading the way.
Cats: December 20th, This thing has a TON of star power (Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, Jason Derulo etc) and a well known musical revamp...the question is - can people get past the super weird cat CGI people thing that's going on in this trailer?
Bombshell - December 20th, Based on real-life allegations in recent years, and the public's general infatuation with 'based on true story' movies (at least I am), Nicole Kidman. Charlize Theron and Margot Robbie should be able to bring home a big box office hit with this one, even if they're going up against Cats on the same weekend.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker - December 25th, What's Christmas without a new Star Wars movie? Regardless of which side of the fence you are on with the latest installments of Star Wars - this movie will be the biggest of the month and probably poke it's head into the Top 10 movies of the year (I'll only go if it has Baby Yo in it).
