The Woodstock 50th anniversary festival is being cancelled according to the Dentsu Aegis Network, the company bank-rolling the event. There are rumors that the event is lacking certain permits and sanitation provisions. I believe the event is being cancelled due to lack of audience interest. Organizers say "we don’t believe the production of the festival can be executed as an event worthy of the Woodstock Brand name".
