Actor From CT Who Played Big Bird On "Sesame Street" Is Retiring

After nearly five decades, the actor who voiced Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch is leaving "Sesame Street." Caroll Spinney from Connecticut performed in thousands of episodes for the show.
