Maroon 5 To Perform At This Years Halftime Show

Maroon 5 has reportedly “pretty much accepted” an offer to perform the 2019 Super Bowl Halftime show.

Frontman Adam Levine will certainly be happy with this news, as he previously told Howard Stern back in 2015, “We very actively want to play the Super Bowl.” The Voice Coach also revealed at the time that the group had been on a shortlist to do the gig for a while, which means this has been a long time coming.

Maroon 5 are currently on their “Red Pill Blues” tour, but they have a break between a Las Vegas New Year’s Eve gig and the Australian leg of their tour at the end of February, so they’re wide open to play Super Bowl 53 on February 3rd.
