I don't know why but I've been on a POSITIVE MOTIVATION kick lately. I just came across a list of 35 activities and/or behaviors to avoid in life because...well..life is just too damn short to let yourself get dragged down by negativity and bull crap!
Some of these include:
- Ignoring Your Body. (which I suppose is the heavens telling me to work out and eat healthier. I had ice cream for breakfast this morning LOL)
- Not Going to the Dentist Regularly. (I mean seriously, who wants to kiss you if you've got dirty teeth?)
- Holding a Grudge. (this one is tough. it's so easy to stay angry at others for whatever reason. Just let it go. You don't have to keep them in your life or associate with them...but don't hold onto the anger)
- Not Giving Back. Service towards and for others is VERY rewarding. Whether it be volunteering to feed the hungry or just something as simple as putting your neighbor's garbage can away for them, do something for someone else without any expectation of reward. It WILL make you a happier person
