A new study ranks the "Happiest States in America" with the belief that where you choose to live can impact your happiness. Connecticut came in at 18 on the list.
The top 5 states were: Minnesota, Utah, Hawaii, California, and Nebraska.
West Virginia was ranked as the least happy state, followed by Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, and Arkansas.
Massachusetts came in just behind Connecticut at 19.
