Prince William tested positive for coronavirus in April but kept his illness secret as he did not want to “worry” anyone, it has emerged. The Duke of Cambridge was reportedly treated by palace doctors and followed Government guidelines by isolating at the family home in Norfolk after contracting the virus, the Sun reports. When contacted on Sunday, Kensington Palace declined to comment but did not deny the report. His father Prince Charles tested positive for coronavirus in March.
