America's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell was spotted in public for the first time since his back surgery. Cowell was all smiles after being spotted with his lady Lauren and his six-year-old son Gregory on a day out to the grocery store. If you recall, back in August, Simon had a nasty fall off of his electric bike. According to Simon's camp, he'll be back in "top form" judging talent in 2021.
