ALL THIS COMING WEEKEND, IT'S ALL ABOUT ST. PATTY'S DAY PARADES! Hartford's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is Saturday starting at 11AM. Kick's off by the State Capital on Capital Avenue, then goes on Main Street, Asylum Street and Ford Street and ending up by the Memorial Arch. If you can't make it to the parade, you can watch it on the CW20!
