Subway is SHAKING things up in a DELICIOUS way this summer! Women's Health reports the restaurant will be partnering with Halo Top for their new hand spun milkshakes! The new menu item will be a in test phase in six markets and Hartford, Connecticut happens to be one of them! Flavors will include Vanilla Bean, Strawberry and Chocolate.
