A man wanted by Torrington Police for failure to appear has reached an unusual deal with police. Jose Simms, 29, has agreed to turn himself in to police if the Connecticut police department gets 15,000 likes on the Facebook post with his wanted poster, according to police.
Police said they were looking for 10,000 likes and Simms was looking for 20,000, but they split the difference.
