Deadmau5 is going on the offensive against Disney. The company filed in opposition of his mouse head logo earlier this week, and now the EDM star has fired back with a cease and desist.
The producer/DJ posted a copy of the letter to Twitter just in case the folks at Disney don't check their email. He accuses the company of using his song "Ghosts 'n' Stuff" in a Mickey Mouse "Re-Micks" cartoon short without his permission.
Deadmau5 said on Twitter that it should be interesting to see how long it takes Disney to take down the clip since he had been using his mouse logo for ten years before they started opposing it.
lets test a theory, it takes em 10 years to oppose a trademark, lets see how long it takes em to take down a video.— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) September 4, 2014
